Villa Fay is an excellent beachfront residence on the beach of Pefkos and offers a private swimming pool along with an easy access to the beach, only in a few steps. The Villa has the best setting for relaxed and pleasant holidays in a convenient location and is perfect for large groups of friends and families up to 10 people.

On the ground floor there are two comfy bedrooms. A room with a double bed and a room with a traditional sofa bed for 4 people. Along with the rooms, guests will find the fully equipped open plan kitchen for any meal preparation and the spacious living room with a cozy sitting area and a fireplace. Also, there is a modern bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are two cozy bedrooms, each one with a double bed. Also, there is a bathroom with a shower.

The villa offers everything you might need during your stay. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a deep freezer, for any meal preparation of your choice. Also, guests can enjoy a free Wi-Fi access and a flat screen TV with satellite channels along with a DVD player. Other useful amenities are the safety box, the washing machine and the iron along with the ironing board. There’s a baby bed and a high chair if they’re needed.

Check-in
Check-in time is 2pm. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in so please contact us if you will arrive early and we’ll do our best, without any promises! We suggest you refer to the section on what to do if you arrive early – there is plenty to keep you entertained!

Cancellation Policy
Guests must offer a 30% down payment after booking, by credit card, non-refundable price and cash on arrival. A credit card guarantee is required to secure your booking. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to the arrival of the guest. If the reservation is canceled up to 60 days before arrival, the 30% deposit will be the cancellation fee. If canceled later, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. You can cancel your reservation free of charge only for the period of 24 hours after your reservation, only if the reservation date is 60 days or more before the arrival at the property.

This peaceful haven is is well known for its tranquility and friendly atmosphere as it is a few steps away from a magical sandy beach, surrounded by pine trees. Guests will find everything they need in the area of Pefkos in a short distance of a 10 minute drive such as super markets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and car rentals. The airport is found in an hour drive away. The location is ideal for families and couples looking for a relaxing holiday and a traditional taste of Greek coasts. You should visit Lindos, which is found in a short distance of a 10 minute drive; Lindos Acropolis is the most exquisite archaeological site of Rhodes and has the dreamiest beaches. Also, Prasonisi is a 40 minute drive away from the property and offers a unique landscape. Also, visitors should explore the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage, in a distance of about an hour drive away from the villa.
